Speaking on the occasion, District Youth Congress Parliamentary vice-president Panchareddy Charan said Sudarshan Reddy always strived for the development of the district.
Charan reminded that it was because of the former minister that the city got the medical college and also he played a crucial role in getting recognisation to the college and its development. Youth Congress leaders Nagaraj, NSUI vice-president, general secretaries Venuraj and Dattadri and students were present.
