Farmers inhail noxious vapours, taken ill

Kothagudem: Nine farmers fell ill after they accidentally inhailed a pesticide while spraying it on their cotton crop in Tekulacheruvu, Uppusaka and Gopalapuram villages of Burgampahad mandal of Bhadradri-Kothagudem district.
They were rushed to a private hospital in Lakshmipuram for treatment after they complained of giddiness, vomiting and dehydration.
Following the incident, agriculture officer Tajuddeen visited the incident spot and collected the samples of the pesticide for laboratory analysis.
