VRO suspended for posting porn clippings on WhatsApp group
District Collector Surendra Mohan suspended the Village Revenue Officer of Kapugallu, Shaik Saidulu, on Thursday for posting pornography clippings on department’s WhatsApp group of VROs and Additional Revenue Inspectors (ARI).

According to official information, Kodad ARI Pushpalatha has created a department WhatsApp group for the convenience of employees to share the information. On the night of August 2, at around 9.53 pm, Saidulu posted five porn clippings on the group.
Based on the complaint of Pushpalatha, Kodad Tahsildar sent a report to District Collector for future course of action. It came to be known that earlier also the said VRO sent porn clippings to Tahsildar on WhatsApp group and after warning, he was removed from the group. For violating rules and for his misconduct, the District Collector suspended the VRO.
