Jagtial: The in-charge Joint-Collector Musharaf Farooqi ordered the officials to submit the reports after identifying the problems during their village inspection. The J-C held a video conference on village inspection with MPDOs, Tahsildars and mandal special officers at the rural development office here on Wednesday.

Addressing the officials, Musharaf Farooqi observed that the village staff will become alert and will discharge their duties perfectly due to regular village inspections.

The officials must submit the report immediately to their higher officials taking necessary steps to rectify the problems they found in villages. The MPDOs, Tahsildars and mandal level officers must coordinate with each other before they go for village inspection along with submitting the schedule for avoiding interceptions, he suggested.

The officials must conduct inspections in medical and education fields, Anganwadi centres, petrol pumps and ration shops and must submit the report as per the proforma used for conducting village inspections in various categories, advised the J-C. District revenue officer T Shyam Prakash, district and rural development officer J Aruna Sri, district chief planning officer G Kanakaiah, additional director of horticultural department Pratap Singh and Jagtial municipal Commissioner Sampath Kumar were present along with others.
