Kapra: About 150 people belonging to Sikh community including Chanda Singh, Asha Singh, Manjith Singh, Vikram Singh, Sher Singh, Sundar Kaur, Radha Kaur and Sonam Kaur joined TRS party under the leadership of TRS leader Badruddin in a meeting held here on Tuesday.
Corporator S Swarnaraj who was present as chief guest welcomed the new members. Speaking on the occasion, he explained how the welfare schemes introduced by the State Government would help create ‘Bangaru’ Telangana.
Badruddin lauded Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for striving towards developing the downtrodden.
TRS leaders Gilbert, N Mahesh, B Srinivas Goud, MD Gouse, ward members Koppula Kumar, Srikanth, Pavan, Saroj and Pushpa, Area members M Pandu Goud, Pilli Sai Ram, Bhanu and Sarah Maduri were present in the meeting.
