Her subtle use of different hues, originality in conception and layout, mixing and blending of colours coupled with deft strokeplay give each of her creations a distinctive style easily identified as signature painting.

In recent years, Sarbani has experimented with acrylic paints on canvas and has succeeded in bringing her unique style to her medium too.

Sharing about her journey, Sarbani said, “I have been interested in drawing and paintings since my childhood. All the artwork i do is by my own techniques and I have not copied anybody. Most of my paintings are women-centric and unveil the intricate nuances and anecdotes that take place in lives, in every painting you can feel like women want to say something from her gesture and speak through her eye,”

“My technique is very different and unique. I have used mediums like acrylic on the canvas before I use to do watercolor on paper. Later, I started doing oil on canvas. One painting takes 1 to 2 months to complete and another one like in small size takes only two weeks for me to complete the work.” She relates.
