London: Researchers have suggested making a combination of lifestyle changes to reduce the risk of miscarriage.
For the study, researchers at the University of Copenhagen analysed the lifestyles of 91,427 pregnantwomen in Denmark and found that lifting more than 20kg each day during pregnancy and being overweight or underweight increased the risk of miscarriage, the BBC reported.
The findings of the study also showed that women who are in their late 30s, drink alcohol and work night shifts during pregnancy were also more likely to miscarry.
