How is healing related to fixed schedules?

In the facet of our routines, we have defined our timely schedules to wake up, to eat our breakfast, lunch and dinners, to take breaks, to sleep at designated times, to rest, to go for walks, to do our exercises, to have our reading times, etc. during the day. All these routines are defined and followed by us either due to our habits or due to what we have been taught to follow since years together or else due to our understanding of what is worthy to follow as individuals. In fact at times, we get very disturbed if we have to change in our schedule.

A very deep theory works when we follow a defined schedule in our life. Every routine that we follow becomes monotonous and loses its impact over years. Regardless of the fact that how comfortable we become, a routine stops creating major changes during a healing process. Sometimes a person does not get healed, no matter what he does. Like a long driven coughing throat sometimes takes ages to get back to shape though lot of medicines are taken and different types of therapies have been tried.

A very interesting way to change the direction of wind from non-healing to healing is to stimulate the healing by changing routine and see wonders when everything else has failed. If the routine is rescheduled with small changes in times of getting up, eating breakfast, lunch and dinners, exercising, sleeping it can start creating impact on our bodies. Just by changing the routine by thirty minutes, body may start responding to healing processes.

This is something very simple and can be tried very easily. If a person is getting up at five make it five thirty or four thirty. This change is required in all major schedules you have been following for quite some time in your life. So take a break from the routine and stimulate your healing. It’s something like taking a same pain killer every time you have a headache. When you take any pill these are the three stages you will be confronted with.

The first stage is that you will find relief. On repeated use, the second stage is that you will be addicted to it and will need the same pain killer every time and form a habit of that pill. Regular use over a period of time gives birth to the third stage and pill will stop creating any impact on you. Now you will either have to change the pill or change the way you deal with your headache. By changing the pill new chemicals will react to the body and you can expect response by the body.

But again it is not necessary that the new pill will create an impact.There is a chance that it might create some reaction also. In the similar way when we follow a fixed schedule and if we change the schedule for some time the healing processes start responding. The best part is that there is no reaction due to this simple process which a body will need to suffer so it’s worth a try.

Certain simple things are better than experimenting high steroids sometimes. If you have not found a way and are stuck up, don’t forget to give a try to this change of routines and find a welcome change. Also, if you have been eating rice more, then it’s time to turn to chapattis and if you are eating less fruits and more vegetables, make it vice versa.

Healing of bodies has more to do with adaptability and flexibility of lot of things along with responsive abilities of body and if both adaptability and responsive abilities are balanced, it can work wondersfor the healing.
