The Central Cottage is showcasing an exhibition cum sale of cotton sarees titled ‘Intricate Weaves, Inherent Beauty’ in Begumpet. The expo has a wide array of cotton sarees in traditional prints that include Kota cotton, silk and printed Tusser, Bagru- Bagh printed cottons from Rajasthan, Andhra’s Narayanpet cotton along with Lucknow chikan and Benares silk. A special showcase of collection from Indian Handloom is a star attraction promised at the sale. The expo is on until May 29.
