A dash of Mediterranean adds variety to the fare. There are dates and other seasonal fruits as per tradition, followed by the baked and fried short eats like Patti Samosa, Palakura Pakoda, Ulli Wada, Mirapakai Bajji, Saadi Luqmi, Borak and lamb and dill Sambousek in short a healthy dose of local fried delights on the snack menu.

The cold platter from the Mediterranean plain Hummus, Beetroot Hummus, Muttabal and Fattoush and Babaganoush is a regular feature soothening to the palate and satiating to the taste buds. The highlight of the menu is Paye ki Nihari prepared and presented in traditional handi that looks as appealing as it tastes and is ideal for the rainy evenings we are blessed with these days.

Deccani kulche make for a good combination with the Nihari. There is ofcourse the Haleem. Rice dishes include the popular Arabic Laham Mhandi among others. ITC’s Iftar menu is extensive and best had with in leisure friends and family.
