Speaking on the occasion, Subrata Mandal, Deputy Food and Beverage Manager said, “We are confident enough to offer a memorable experience to the guests by presenting the Punjabi cuisine to the people of Hyderabad. The food festival will be offering many vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies.
The guests will get a chance to savour some popular Punjabi delights like Fish Amritsari, Chooza Khada Masala, Amritsari Bhutte di Tikki and many more. There will be different varieties of dishes served every day, during the food festival.”
