A complete year’s worth of excitement, fervor and hardwork was packed in the three days of the fest from Friday to Sunday.

‘Felicity’ which is an annual techno-cultural fest that happens every year, provides a plat form for many young students to prove themselves in numerous skills.

The theme for this is to dedicate the three days of the fest to walk through ones childhood again and dip in the nostalgia of the 90’s. The events were planned according to the theme of the fest.

Coordinators had a tough time short listing the best event list for the three days owing to the numerous ideas that came pouring in since the initiation of fest’s planning.

The first day of the fest had a talk by Rajani Thinidiath, the Editor of Tinkle, who delivered the kry note address, as it captured the essence of being young, she spoke about the evolution of comic characters and lot more.

A talk by Dr Yogesh K Varma, Head, ADS and SSM and S DIV and Project Director, KU-AESA-MK-1, DRDO on ‘Introduction to Active Missile Seeker System’ was held in the later part of the day.

At the end of the day they had a platform for young talents to showcase the their bands, the name of this event was ‘Riders on The Storm’ where 16 bands registered and staged stunning performances leaving a tough time for the judgment.

It had prizes worth 1.7 lakh. That was later followed by a comedy session by Rahul Subramanian.

The second day of the fest had a talk by Shukla Bose, Ted speaker, on ‘Education For All,’ a Workshop on video game concept design, by Rahul Philips, Open Quiz which was hosted by Sameer Dharur, president of K-Circle with a cash prize of Rs 10,000.

As the sun set they had an Electronic Music night, opened by One&One, which was followed by a performance by the Italian DJ Paul Richard.

The final day of the fest had a live session with Kanishka Shrivastava, Engineering manager at Google. It was a day for food lovers as the campus organised a Food Festival had numerous scrumptious dishes.

Felicity invited two famous bands ‘Junkyard Groove’ and ‘When Chai Met Toast’ which drew huge crowds that.
