Ramakrishna, art professor at the NGO said, “This is our second art show. Our school is specialised for speech and hearing impaired kids. We provide weekly painting classes for students of 6th, 7th and 8th and we also conduct special painting classes from afternoon 3 to 5 pm every day for all the students; this is a one-year course. We are planning to make it big next year.”

“The medium they used is acrylic on canvas. We also have special sign language teachers who help us regularly to make them understand. The paintings that you see were done in four days. Children had put in a lot of effort to express their feelings through art,” he adds .
