Bank of India is conducting a ‘Mega Lok Adalat’ for its NPA customers on Saturday. The information came from Zonal Managar SB Rai on Wednesday through a statement released by the bank. According to which the move was taken as per the directions of the Supreme Court regarding settlement of NPA loan accounts (suit filed / decreed / non suit filed accounts / SARFAESI action taken accounts) under negotiated settlement.
“Similarly a recovery camp will also be held at the branch for settlement of NPA accounts,” said the statement. Rai called upon the NPA customers to utilise the opportunity for settling the accounts under the negotiated settlement.
