Fourteen DST India IT professionals proved a point that "speed thrills, but kiIls" through a fashion show, which was held as part of company's ‘Town Hall Programme' recently. ln a typical fashion show, models walked the ramp, which features Harley Davidson bikes.

Speaking about the event, Senior IT Advocate of DST India, Lokesh said, “Younger generation is so fascinated with high speed bikes that they ignore traffic rules. This uncaring attitude is not only killing them, but the entire family suffers from their ignorance. There is one death for every four minutes in India due to road accidents, which can be avoided.”

“Our aim is to see that there are no accidents occur. We want to tell people to drive with responsibility. You have no right to kill yourself and others,” said Lokesh. Supporting the cause, Tollywood singer Anuj Gurwara brought the celebrity charm and performed at the show.

About 1,500 associates of the company including their foreign colleagues participated in the event and sportingly walked the ramp despite not being professional models or bikers. Kudos to the concept and the team!
