Classical renditions

Shilparamam in association with Suswara Academy of Performing Arts organised a music and dance festival titled ‘Kala Kaumudhi’ recently. Dr V Mohana Krishna and Munikuntla Sambasiva inaugurated the dance festival.

The program started with Swarna Mangalampalli’s canrnatic music rendition. Swarna accompanied by Sai Kumar (Violin) and Om Prakash (Mridangam). This was followed by Kuchipudi dance of Rajinimayi group. The group performed for Mooshika Vahana, Aananda Thandavam, and Achyutam Keshavam.

Dr Mythili Anoop performed Mohiniyattam for Cholkettu, Mahadeva Shivashambo and Chaliye Kunjanamo. The music festival ended with Neha Singh’s Bharatanatyam dance recital.
