Under lights run, a huge success
The ‘Startup Neon 5K Run’, conducted by Startup Leadership Programme (SLP) Hyderabad Chapter on Saturday, saw immense response from people of several walks of the society. More than 300 entrepreneurs of leading start-ups were a part of the event to promote the cause of girls’ education, themed “Beti Padhao”.

The run was flagged off at T Hub, Gachibowli by Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary, Information Technology and medals were given away to participants by Olympics athletic coach Nagapuri Ramesh.
Speaking at the launch, Ranjan congratulated SLP and all the participants. “The atmosphere here is truly electrifying and I am happy to be part of this moment dedicated to a cause for the girl-child. I appeal to more fraternities to come forward and work towards the cause that is still seeing challenges even after 70 years of Independence,” he said.
