The Managing Director of Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, M Dana Kishore reviewed the progress of works under the Rs 1,900 crore HUDCO ‘Aided Water Supply Improvement and Distribution Network’ in peripheral municipal circles under PCC (Project Construction Circle) - III in Khairatabad on Thursday. 

The Managing Director of Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, M Dana Kishore reviewed the progress of works under the Rs 1,900 crore HUDCO ‘Aided Water Supply Improvement and Distribution Network’ in peripheral municipal circles under PCC (Project Construction Circle) - III in Khairatabad on Thursday.

The MD instructed the General Managers and implementing agencies to expedite and complete the reservoirs, Inlet, Outlet works of reservoirs, laying of the distribution lines, road restoration work as per time schedules. He said the project is a prestigious one and General Managers (Engg.) should conduct planning and review about the progress of these works on day-to-day basis.

“They should ensure that precautionary measures were taken, necessary barricading, public information boards be put up at work sites besides refilling, compacting of earth over dug up roads be taken up simultaneously,” he added. Among others who attended the meeting include M Yellaswamy, Director (Projects), CGM (Engg.), GMs (Engg.), PCC-III, Projects Wing, HMWSSB and implementing agencies.
