Use and throw?

The Telugu States celebrated 'Ugadi' with traditional enthusiasm on Wednesday and tribal people from different parts of the country performed at the Chief Minister’s camp office in Begumpet. However, there seems to have been no transport arrangement for these artistes after the function. The performers are seen waiting on the roads for an auto or bus while many are seen crossing the roads in the hot sun. So much for arrangements from the government!
