Addressing the meeting that was attended by Senior Officials of SCR including the Divisional Railway Managers, Secunderabad & Hyderabad Division and Representatives of IGBC, Yadav, spelt out the plans envisaged on SCR to develop the green buildings.

In tune with the proposal put forth by IGBC, the GM stressed that the Rail Nilayam building can be taken up for Certification as Green Buildings and Energy Star Rating on the Zone.

He assured that inputs will be implemented on priority to fulfill the requirements. AK Gupta, Additional General Manager, SCR and Arjun Mundiya, Chief Mechanical Engineer, SCR were also present.
