Fans jostled with one another while cheering for their respective teams that added to the element of excitement on the ground. Making it more memorable was that unlike the season opener, which was on a Wednesday, the match against Lions was on a holiday. So spirited the fans were that they were oblivious of the summer heat at 4pm when the match got underway.
Our lensman Ravi Giragani captured some of the moving emotions of the fans in their various hues, as typifies any match of the slam-bang variety. Sunriders Hyderabad winning the match added to the merriment.
