Barbeque Nation presents “Hola Mexico”, a culinary tour of Mexican dishes and which will be celebrated till April 23 in Hyderabad restaurants. It is celebrating the cuisine of Mexico with a theme that has a unique decor, dress for staffs and dance performances.

“Hola Mexico” opens with Veg and Non-veg Soups (Tortilla soup: Traditional soup with tomato base, topped with cream and Tortilla chips) followed by an assortment of succulent starters like Tortilla and salsa (Tortilla chips is made of Corn flour serve with Tomato salsa, Jalapeno salsa and Guacamole sauce), Monterrey Cheese & Jalapeno Mushroom (marinating is made of Jalapeno paste with melting cheese), Habanero Fish (It's made of habanera sauce and sauted, coloured pepper paste), Live Counters Burritos (its flour tortilla with melted cheese with stuffing of your choice with guacamole sour cream and tomato salsa), Hot Pot Mexicana (It’s a tomato puree-based gravy with assorted English mix veg seasoned with Mexican seasoning), Spicy Mexican rice (Mexican rice made of tomato puree and Mexican seasoning), Mexican lamb stew (It’s a delicious lamb dishes of Mexico, method of cooking is slow, spices uses paprika, oregano and Mexican seasoning), Rosemary roasted chicken (it’s a grilled chicken marinated with black pepper, salt and hp sauce) and many more.
The restaurant also serves the delicious desserts like Lemon & Basil Cheese Cake (it’s made out of fresh basil leaf and lemon juice), Mexican Chocolate Cream Pie (A delicious milk cake, soaked in milk chocolate home-made style), Avocado kulfi, Cinnamon raisin kulfi.
