The Ramnagar e-seva, one of the joining points for localities abutting it, is an important centre for many. However, its condition is becoming worse by the day.

Forget hi-tech facilities, the infrastructure of the e-seva is in a poor condition making the centre dangerous for nearly 300 people floating in for bill payments there.

The e-seva centre does not have proper power supply nor is there an air condition in the office. Consequently, costumers and workers are suffering. But, the biggest horror at the premises is its frail ceiling, which may fall any day.

Manager of Ramnagar e-seva Vasundhara said, “We have already given complaint at the head office few months ago and they assure that the repair work will be taken up within one month.”

Further, she said that there are power cuts every other hour, but ‘we have an inverter that runs for two hours so we are able to manage with it’ she said.

Praveen, a customer said that the e-sevas are government property and that higher officials should requested the Roads & Building and Land Collector to modify them wherever required.
