Vishnu Sai, a final year MSc Applied Mathematics student of the School of Mathematics, University of Hyderabad (UoH) has secured all India fourth rank in CSIR-JRF Examination scoring 175 marks out of 200.

Vishnu Sai, a final year MSc Applied Mathematics student of the School of Mathematics, University of Hyderabad (UoH) has secured all India fourth rank in CSIR-JRF Examination scoring 175 marks out of 200. “It was during my engineering days that I realised my interest towards Mathematics. I didn’t want to give up on taking what interested me the most.

Very soon I decided to join in for an MSc programme and to my surprise I was listed as a batch topper in all the courses,” shares Vishnu. He was also given the National Board for Higher Mathematics Fellowship for MSc. He has now secured an admission for PhD in Centre for Applicable Mathematics of Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Bengaluru .
