Alexander Salons celebrates 80 years in Hyderabad

Alexander Group of Salons is celebrating eighty years of its presence themed “80 years of styling Hyderabad”. The celebrations were launched in a grand fashion by Tollywood film actor Sharwanand on Friday. Alexander Salon co-owners, Sri Srikanth and Sri Vijaykanth have participated in the event. Alexander is also offering special discounts until April 30 at select branches.

Speaking on the occasion, Sharwanand said, “It is a matter of joy for me to be part of the celebrations. I congratulate Alexander for this grand milestone and wish them all the best and bigger achievements in days to come. For the film fraternity, Alexander Salon is familiar with many personalities from the industry being patrons of Alexander. As a film star it gives me equal happiness to launch this milestone moment.”

Chandrakanth, owner of Alexander Group of Salons, stated, “Alexander Salon has been in business since 1938 when my grandfather was a personal hair dresser to His Excellency, the Nizam of Hyderabad. Since then we have not only grown to be the top name but also have our unbroken legacy that saw establishment of around 10 branches.

We are planning to launch 50 more branches foraying into franchise mode in the next five years. In fact our branches are evenly spread across the city and our star clientele include Chiranjivi, Allu Arjun, Venkatesh, Rana, Sai Dharam Tej, Nitin, Allari Naresh and VVS Laxman.”
