As part of the ‘Civil Services Week’, a cartoon exhibition was organised at Goethe-Zentrum in Journalist Colony on Thursday in which pieces made by Special Chief Secretary, BP Acharya were showcased.

The event titled ‘Obtuse Angle’ was inaugurated by Redt. Chief Secretaries, Dr Daphne Rebello and Narender Luthar and was attended by civil servants and other dignitaries.

In his address, Acharya, said, “We often tend to look at things from an acute angle that is with a critical look.
