Radisson Hyderabad launched ‘Horn Ok Please’, the Hyderabad’s first five star owned drive-in Dhaba recently. Dhabas or roadside eateries serving local cuisine on Indian Highways have always been charmers to the truckers as well as the urbane especially in the Northern part of India which serves local cuisine and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.
The word dhaba has come to represent any restaurant that serves Punjabi food and local cuisines on the highways. The food served in Horn Ok Please Dhaba is wholesome and full of rustic flavour and the guest can relish the typical ‘Dhaaba-Ka-Khana’ both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
“Horn Ok Please will not only feature an array of authentic and sumptuous dhaba style food but will also feature elements of actual highway Dhabas in combination of vibrant and trendy ambience giving a unique experience” said Krishna Kumar, GM, Radisson Hyderabad.
He also said that the guest can choose and relish both vegetarians and non-vegetarians delicacies like Tikkas and Kebabs, flavoured Roti’s and Parathas, mouth-watering curries and more accompanied with a range of cocktails and moktails only during dinner hours starting from 7 pm till 1 am mid night.
