Mother’s Day was an opportunity at the airport for passengers to go an extra mile for the women in their lives and highlight the importance of motherhood. GMR Hyderabad International Airport celebrated Mother’s Day by engaging passengers in fun-filled activities on Sunday.

As part of the event, women passengers expressed their views on motherhood. Later, Colorbar, a cosmetic store, at the airport offered free makeover to these passengers in which a nail artiste provided nail embellishments.
On the message board put up, travellers wrote greetings and articulated their love for mothers. Kids were engaged in creative activities in which they drew greeting cards for their mothers. Even male passengers participated in these activities. Finally, prizes were distributed for contributors and performers.
