3-D paintings to adorn Hyderabad
Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is likely to plan innovative 3-D paintings at main junctions within the peripherals of GHMC. After looking at the great response for the street art pictures at Tank bund and Necklace road, GHMC has identified various tourist locations and main junctions which are to be decorated with close-to-reality 3D pictures to promote Tourism and add a new charm
Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is likely to plan innovative 3-D paintings at main junctions within the peripherals of GHMC. After looking at the great response for the street art pictures at Tank bund and Necklace road, GHMC has identified various tourist locations and main junctions which are to be decorated with close-to-reality 3D pictures to promote Tourism and add a new charm to the city walls.
A 3-D painting of waterfalls is on the verge of being completed by students of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) as an experiment for this regard and also as a part of celebration for Telangana Formation Day. GHMC commissioner while visiting and inspecting the experimental painting on Monday said that this would help in attracting more tourists to the city.
City Mayor Bonthu Rammohan, who also visited Batukamma Ghat to have a site at the paintings informed that the funds to achieve such paintings on the walls of our city will be sponsored under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). He further requested various corporate sectors to come forward joining hands with GHMC to beautify the city.
