Citizen forum, Hyderabad Urban Makeover (HUM) took over the PL Days in Gachibowli this week and organised activities surrounding environment.

The day started with a 2km children cycle ride, green Ganesha making and had a medicinal plants distribution session. Fine Arts Students of Manjeeram Academy gave an enthralling performance reflecting the Chipko Movement through Bharatanatyam.
This is the second edition of HUM Environment Day celebrations. “Our intention is to bring likeminded people and organisations together to build cordial relationships to solve urban issues we are facing today.
We are thankful for all the NGOs and organisations like CII Young Indians, Forest Academy, Share the Service, Live The Lake who came forward with community activities today,” said Vishala Reddy, Founder of HUM & also the lead organiser of PL days.
Other events included story telling on yoga, Svada Bharathanatyam performance by Manjeeram Academy of Fine Arts, acro yoga performed by Nicy Joseph and Venu, skating by D- Chameleon, cycling by Kondapur Health Club, boxing by Bcube Boxing, kid games, fitness Challenge by GRYCS, street games, hobby workshops, clay Ganesha making, plant distribution by Forest Academy.
