To have a level of comfort during brain tumour one should practice breathing exercises. Relax, rest and restore, following the three “R’s” can help you navigate through challenges and strengthen your body, mind and spirit.

Most importantly, focus on your passions and do what you love. There is no cure like happiness. Silence combined with stillness is powerful for healing with offering new perceptions.

Try to keep yourself proactive and engaged in actions. Don’t feel low and be committed with confidence to activate and advance healing focus.
