Mandela Vineela, a nine-year-old girl, who has entered the record books with her determination and extraordinary endurance levels. She has put the national flag on the world stage with exploits that even elders will think twice to contemplate, leave alone dare to attempt.

January 12 of this year will go down as a Red-Letter Day in the annals of Indian mountaineering as on that historic day she became the youngest Asian and the second youngest in the world to successfully scale Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain range in the African Continent.

Mandela and her brother have shown the temperament and zest for life that is in tune with the principles on which Nalanda Educational Institutions were founded by the visionary educationist, M Suryanarayana Raju, in 1982.

Nalanda Group will provide education to Vineela free of cost besides motivating her to strengthen her resolve to earn more laurels. As she belongs to the poor strata and needs money to continue her studies Nalanda educational institute are coming to her aid.

The shy and soft-spoken Vineela says that she was overwhelmed with the timely and kind gesture of Nalanda Group. ‘I shall live up to their expectations and wish to be an excellent student,’ asserts Vineela.
