  • Snacking on a handful of nuts is healthy. They contain healthy fats that your skin needs to retain its elasticity and vitamin B complex, which if combined with Surya Namaskar can help with not only skin cell restoration but also promotes hair growth and prevents dry skin
  • Never underestimate the power of seasonal fruits. You should include seasonal fruits like watermelons, plums, peaches, figs, lychees, oranges, guava and papaya in your diet. These can do wonders for your facial skin along with pranayam everyday.
  • Include mango, kiwi, oranges, papaya, strawberries, kale, sprouts and lemon to heal blemishes. Make sure your food has enough good fats like omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in your diet. Eat proteins as Amino Acids found in protein sources are essential for detoxification.
  • It’s mandatory to stay hydrated by drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day while doing yoga regularly.
  • Saying no to caffeine and alcohol is necessary as they have an adverse effect on our skin and body. It’s good to switch to decaffeinated products when you move to a healthy and spiritual way of life with yoga.

To ensure that your skin is beautiful inside out we need to make healthy lifestyle choices with good food and yoga.
