Police Commissioner of Hyderabad, Mahendar Reddy, today, appreciated the efforts and participation of organisations in the Community CCTV Cameras Project after inaugurating it at Jaya Garden in Somajiguda on Wednesday morning.Â
Police Commissioner of Hyderabad, Mahendar Reddy, today, appreciated the efforts and participation of organisations in the Community CCTV Cameras Project after inaugurating it at Jaya Garden in Somajiguda on Wednesday morning.
As part of the Community CCTV Cameras Project, Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology (part of Sultan ul Uloom Education Society) donated 15 CCTV cameras to Hyderabad Police covering a large stretch of Punjagutta and Banjara Hills.
These cameras have secured an area of 2500 meters and costs Rs 10 lakh. The project encompasses 65 cameras covering a total area of 7200 meters, and also coordinated by other community partners. Zafar Javeed, Secretary of Sultan ul Uloom Education Society who was present on this occasion, was felicitated by the Police Commissioner. Inspector of Police Punjagutta Police Station presented a vote of thanks.
