As per the Instructions given by Hon’ble  Chief Minister Sri K.Chandrashekhar Rao, Sri P.Mahender Reddy Hon’ble Transport Minister ,Sri Satyanarayana Chairman TSRTC, Special KARATE programmes are being conducted at Zonal Staff Training College, Hakimpet for lady conductors to improve their confidence levels and personality development under the supervision of Sri G R Kiran,Principal,ZSTC.

As per the Instructions given by Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri K.Chandrashekhar Rao, Sri P.Mahender Reddy Hon’ble Transport Minister ,Sri Satyanarayana Chairman TSRTC, Special KARATE programmes are being conducted at Zonal Staff Training College, Hakimpet for lady conductors to improve their confidence levels and personality development under the supervision of Sri G R Kiran,Principal,ZSTC.

Programme helps the conductors to enhance positive thinking, stress management, communication skills, Inter personal relations. Karate instructors Gopal Swamy and A R Swamy have explained defense techniques,which will help during the duty as well as in day to day life. Later Smt Durga and Prasanna Kumari have explained the importance of Personality development and being confident.

During the course of training Smt S Vijayalaxmi, conductor of Kachiguda Depot has said that this training would definitely help in performing their duties and boosted their confidence levels along with physical and mental balance.

Smt D Mallamma,conductor of Suryapet said “if we practice this regularly we may build up a lot of confidence,which helps us in performing duties enthusiastically”. All of them expressed their happiness over the programme and thanked TSRTC for the initiative.

Sri G R Kiran ,Principal TA&ZSTC, who supervised the KARATE training classes , appreciated his staff members M Rajashekar, G Anjaiah Supdt, Krishna MF ,Aparna ,Driving Instructors Sri T R Reddy, jeevan, chary,Niranjan,bixapathi,Sattaiah for making this programme big success.
