The High Court put down the writ appeals filed against three colleges of Sultan-Ul-Uloom Education Society (SUES) recently thereby dismissing the allegations that the educational institution was not the rightful owner of the land.

The Division Bench comprising Justice V Ramsubramanian and Justice N Nalayogi dismissed these petitions. The petitions were filed by Princesses Amina Marzia, Ooliya Kusum and Nagaraja Reddy claiming land ownership against Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology (MJCET), Amjad Ali Khan College of Business Administration and Sultan-Ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy (SUCP).

The earlier Interim Order by Justice C Praveen Kumar had called for suspension of admissions in MJCET and withdrawal of Extension of Approvals of SUCP and Amjad Ali Khan College of Business Administration.

“This is the victory of good over evil. We will continue to set milestones in quality education and contribute in nation building with our colleges. We are glad our society will generate many more students and young leaders of India for decades to come,” said SUES secretary Zafar Javeed.

Chairman of SUES Khan Lateef Khan congratulated the management on their success and reassured the students and parents of quality education through the society’s many institutions in Hyderabad.
