The lunch and dinner buffets at the restaurant is going to be extended to include various chaat items like Dahi Puri, Sev Puri, Pani Puri, Aloo Tikki with date chutney, Palak Chaat, Pav Bhaaji, Chole Bature atleast six different varieties every day.
The restaurant got the flavours right – spice levels could have been higher, but the right balance of sweet, sour and spice – which is infact the secret behind the yumminess of chaat is maintained. And, the choice is quite good too. The chaat promotion at Hira Panna ends on July 2.
