Officials encouraging illegal constructions

The alleged illegal construction works are going on under the limits of Kapra Municipality despite the government’s disapproval. It is learnt the Kapra officials who are hand in glove with the contractors are encouraging such constructions.

They are trying to escape public displeasure over illegal constructions by saying the issues haven’t come to their notice or by saying notices would be served to the contractors.
