Renting houses made easier

NestAway technologies, the online home rental company, which started in 2015 in Bengaluru to help bachelors and families in renting homes, shared their recent activities ‘Home Rental Network’ in a media brief at Hotel Green Park on Friday.

Founded by AmarendraSahu, Deepak Char, Jitendra Jagadev and SmrutiParidait was expanded to cities like New Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Hyderabad, Ghaziabad, and Mumbai.

“Many bachelors and families are moving to cities for jobs, business, and other reasons but they didn’t get houses for rentals. To overcome this problem, NestAway technologies come forward and acting as a reliable resource between the owner and tenant,” said Rahul Kishore Singh, Hyderabad head, NestAway.

Usually NestAway officials talk with house owners and make some changes according to their tenants’ needs. They put photos of these houses on their website and explainits facilities to their tenants.

Rahul said that more than 100 NRI’s (Non-Resident Indians) have given their homes for rentto the NestAway communities. Resham Chhabra, Senior Manager, Strategy, NestAway shared, “Across India,we have 10,000 plus homes and 25,000 tenants in which 70 percent are bachelors and 30 percent are families.

Out of 25,000 tenants, we have 7,000 plus single working women staying in NestAway communities. In Hyderabad, we have 1,200 houses and 3,300 tenants. We have houses in areas around Hitec City and we are expanding all over the city in near future.”

Resham Chhabra added that more than 150 African citizens are living in Hyderabad through NestAway communities. Through the NestAway app, prospective tenants can find, book and move-in to a rental home of their choice. The app also provides support to tenants from moving-in to the new house, paying the rent to maintenance services.
