Motivating graduates for the future

A total of 1,150 B Tech candidates received their degrees at the 17th Graduation Day celebration of Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology (SNIST) College in the city recently. MSR Prasad, Scientist Director, DRDL, DRDO, addressed the gathering after congratulating the graduating.

“A visit to an academic institute is always a matter of great pleasure – and the company of young minds always brings happiness. After today, step out into the world with the knowledge gained from your teachers. Make sure that you will give your best and fulfill your life’s mission by distinguishing yourselves as responsible, enlightened, and productive citizens of our nation,” he said.

“You have an important role to play as future citizens and ambassadors of our great country. Put the knowledge imparted by your teachers to good use and bring laurels to yourself and your alma mater. Use the knowledge gained for the benefit of your country,” he said.

Dr N Yadaiah, Registrar JNTU in his motivating and energetic speech asked the students not to be afraid to follow the right path. He also asked the students not to find fault with others as no two individual thinks and act alike therefore every individual should appreciate others work and try to learn from them. Later, Dr Yadaiah distributed the certificates and medals to the candidates.
