The second edition of the ‘India International Optical & Ophthalmology Expo 2017’ (IIOO) was inaugurated at Hitex in Hitec City on Friday.
The second edition of the ‘India International Optical & Ophthalmology Expo 2017’ (IIOO) was inaugurated at Hitex in Hitec City on Friday. The three-day event began with about 3,000 shops and upto 10,000 opticians participating in it. It aims to increase the overall growth of optical and ophthalmic sector in the region.
Speaking on the occasion Vivek Vikram – Director – SD Promo Media Pvt Ltd shared, “The exposition aims to give a new boost to optical industry in South India by providing business opportunities to inspire ideas, research avenues and synergies thereby increasing the margin to develop contacts and expand market knowledge for optical retailers, trade stockiest and distributors.”
“This edition takes things to the next level and I am grateful to Hardayal Singh, Director of Galorebay Optix (India) for his support to the event,” he said. “Over 150 manufacturers, importers and wholesalers are participating in this expo,” he added.
