As part of a ‘Mock United Nations Organisations Conference’ about 400 students from 30 schools deliberated on issues like environment, climate change, human rights, Indian parliament at DRS International School in Gundlapochampalli on Sunday.

As part of a ‘Mock United Nations Organisations Conference’ about 400 students from 30 schools deliberated on issues like environment, climate change, human rights, Indian parliament at DRS International School in Gundlapochampalli on Sunday.

Students from sixth to twelfth standards participated in the conference. Student delegates were formed into ‘Eight Group Committees’to discuss the allotted agenda and pass the resolutions.

Addressing the students PEPSI CO Vice-President Neelima Dwivedi argued them to study along with it try to know the happenings in and around the world.

“In the changing circumstances with the invention of Information Technology knowledge as become life, so with age onwards student delegates inculcate awareness on national and international issues as it will help them when they grow,” she said. DRS International School Director AK Agarwal said for the last five years their school is conducting the Model UNO Conference.
