Syndicate Bank organized a Builders meet recently at their newly opened RMLC, Khairatabad, Processing Centre exclusively for Housing Loans, Education Loans,Mortgage Loans and MSME loans for 67 Branches in the Hyderabad city region.

About 50 approved leading builders in Hyderabad participatedin the meeting.KVS Mani, Assistant General Manager, welcomed theBuilders.PPalaniswami, Regional Manager of Hyderabad City region addressed the Builders and explained the Banks schemesavailable for Builders for new Residential Projects to bepromoted by them and also for Projects under construction andHousing Loans to their customers at competitive interest rate.Housing Loans are extended at 8.50 per cent rate of interest for alllimits with repayment period up to 30 years. Processing andDocumentation charges are NIL upto March 31, 2018.
