Volunteers to help create cancer awareness
City-based NGO, Grace Cancer Foundation will be participating in the Airtel Hyderabad Marathon 2017, with over 500 volunteers, who will raise awareness about cancer prevention and cure.

The announcement came through a statement on Friday that said, “The volunteers will run with the theme 'If you run, cancer will run away' on both Saturday and Sunday.”
“The team for the 5K run at Hitex includes 75 little running stars led by Prisha Susanne. A team of senior oncologists from various hospitals including Apollo, led by Dr Hemanth Udayaraju, Surgical Oncologist, will lay stress on early detection of cancer, besides emphasising on need for life style modifications including cessation of tobacco chewing and smoking.
The contingent will again repeat this high intensity campaign against cancer, on Sunday,” said Dr Chinnababu Sunkavalli, Founder, Grace Cancer Foundation.
