There was no stopping Vivek Sai of HVS and Palak G (GSM) once they came back into the reckoning to eventually emerge as champions in the cadet boys and girls singles categories of the 31st St Paul’s Annual Telangana State Ranking and Inter-School table tennis tournament at St Paul’s High School in Hyderguda.

Vivek did well by bounding back after losing the first game rather uncharacteristically at 2-1 before regaining form to edge past Ayush Daga of AWA 2-11,11-6,11-7,13-11 win against Ayush Daga of AWA in the boys final. Palak also had to find her momentum after losing the first game before cruising past Mercy of Hindu Public School 8-11, 11-7, 11-2, 11-4 in the girls title.
