Students geared up to scale Sela Pass

Thalasani Srinivas Yadav, Minister for Animal husbandry and Cinematography flagged off ACTS team Mountaineering Expedition to Sela Pass (13,417ft) on Wednesday. The peak is near Bhutan-China border in Tewang district, Arunachal Pradesh. The expedition will commence from August 29 and will conclude on October 11.

The expedition team comprises three members S Hari Krishna Reddy from Nagarkurnool, MBA first year student from Samskruthi College; Badha Ramesh from Suraram, pursuing degree final year from Pranathi Degree College and Madyala P Divya from Chaderghat, studying degree second year from Nava Chaitanya Degree College. Yadav assured all the possible support for such expeditions from Telangana and he congratulated team members.
