The Physical Literacy Days (PL Days) celebrated Onam as part of its 32nd week at Gachibowli Stadium on Sunday. Women came dressed in Kerala’s traditional saree and men wore the conventional dhoti. 

The Physical Literacy Days (PL Days) celebrated Onam as part of its 32nd week at Gachibowli Stadium on Sunday. Women came dressed in Kerala’s traditional saree and men wore the conventional dhoti.

The day began with warm up by Rahul Saha followed by Dr Mani Pavitra's yoga session. Participants witnessed different dance forms right from Malayali folk to fitness by Ganesh Kumar followed by Hema’s ‘BELEDI’, which is a simplified fitness format of belly and fusion of Indian dance style.

Speaking on the occasion, organisers said, “PL Days is turning out to be the platform to showcase and promote young talents such as Kshitij Dembla aged 14, son of Kiran Dembla celebrity fitness instructor wowed the crowd with his amazing talent of Rubic cube puzzle solving in 12 seconds.”

Raniamma aged 64, rocked with her dance moves on Malayali folk tracks. Other activities included boxing, kids’ games and street games.
