Although rain has stopped the woes it brought for people in low-lying areas are unending. Apartments, roads and by lanes continued to stay waterlogged on Friday despite no rainfall in East Anandbagh and NMDC Colony.
Life continued to remain out of gear for residents with an added problem of shortage of drinking water supply. Even as the authorities work towards pumping out water, it’s a few days until normalcy returns provided there’s not more rainfall.
