HDFC Bank Ltd launched the sixth edition of its annual sports competition for its employees in Hyderabad, ‘Josh Unlimited’ on Thursday. The event was held at South Central Railway Sports Association, RSC Ground in Secunderabad. Over 400 employees and their families participated, from Hyderabad as well as neighbouring towns such as Warangal, Nalgonda, and Medak.

Over 400 employees and their families participated, from Hyderabad as well as neighbouring towns such as Warangal, Nalgonda, and Medak.

Josh Unlimited was inaugurated by Nooshin Al Khadeer, Coach - Level A, BCCI and Madhusudan Hegde, Branch Banking Head – South, HDFC Bank in the presence of all the participants and senior bank officials.

Naina Panse, Head - Employee Engagement, HDFC Bank, said: “As a responsible corporate citizen we encourage all our employees to make sports a part of their lives, and provide platforms such as Josh Unlimited to enable this. Through this event, employees working at different locations come together for a day of friendly competition.

Josh Unlimited helps them build team spirit and camaraderie in a more informal setting.” Hegde said, “I am excited to be a part of Josh Unlimited in Hyderabad. Physical activity is an important aspect of our overall health and well-being.

I am happy that we have this excellent platform at HDFC Bank, which gives us the opportunity to participate in various sporting events. I hope to see many of my colleagues and their families during the course of this completion.”
