Novotel ushers in Christmas Spirit with Cake Mixing
With the annual festive season approaching, a traditional cake mixing ceremony was organised by Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre. The enthusiastic crowd cheered and immersed the aromatic Indian spices into the liquor to create the mixture for the delectable cakes.

The enthusiastic crowd cheered and immersed the aromatic Indian spices into the liquor to create the mixture for the delectable cakes. The Chef shared his effortless tips and tricks to the festive bakers as he conducted a live demonstration with some revered bites associated with this season.
Pastry Chef Manumon said, “We were one of the first property this year hosting a cake mixing, a 150 KG mix was made with an amalgamation of different varieties of nuts, aromatic Indian spices and varied liquors. Our Sunday brunch was designed to bring guests a wide variety of gastronomic delights.”
The ceremony saw an eager audience indulging in the process of cake mixing with over 10 assortments of rich nuts and dry fruits. Children were seen enjoying themselves with various activities organised in the kid’s zone of the hotel.
The cake mixing ceremony was followed by a lavish brunch at The Square consisting of selection of grills -local and international, pan Asian delights, a range of live bites, and an awe-inspiring dessert section along with some of the all-time favourite dishes of regular customers.
